He holds a Master's degree in Family Financial Planning from the University of Alabama and has built his career around leadership, recruiting, business growth, succession planning, and long-term enterprise value creation.

Shon built, scaled, and successfully exited a multi-million dollar agency to Acrisure — giving him firsthand experience in acquisitions, organizational growth, and business transition strategy.

Today, as Farmers Insurance District Manager for District 5010 in Alabama, Shon's focus is simple: recruit and develop the right agency owners, help producers and business owners grow faster, lead more effectively, and build businesses designed for both current income and long-term value.

His approach focuses on recruiting talent, developing leaders, building scalable systems, and helping organizations create sustainable long-term enterprise value.
